As head of Data & Impact at All Raise—the premier organization advancing women and nonbinary leaders in venture capital—I design frameworks that illuminate inequities and drive actionable change. From creating the first dataset tracking VC investments in Black women founders to developing comprehensive industry analysis, I use rigorous data strategy to reshape how we measure
power and progress in venture capital.

I'm a trained journalist raised by a mathematician. As Head of Data & Impact at All Raise, I design comprehensive data systems and industry analysis that drive strategic change in venture capital. I lead the development of frameworks and data-driven narratives that illuminate systemic barriers and accelerate progress toward equitable capital flows. In 2014, I built the first comprehensive dataset tracking venture capital investments in Black women-founded startups, now known as #ProjectDiane.

From launching supply chain innovation hubs to serving on the National Advisory Council for Innovation and Entrepreneurship, I build inclusive entrepreneurial ecosystems that drive economic opportunity.
